Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 September 2026

TalkDash is a speaking-practice app operated by Simpumind. These terms cover using the current product. They do not invent a subscription that is not for sale.

The app

TalkDash helps you practise speaking for real situations. It is not an exam, a band-score service, or medical advice. Scenario lines about a pharmacy visit or similar are practice prompts, not treatment.

The app is currently free. Paid plans, if we offer them later, will have their own prices and terms before anyone is charged.

Your recordings

You keep the rights to your voice. You give Simpumind a limited licence to store, transcribe, and play back recordings you make in the app, only to provide TalkDash to you. We do not sell that licence.

You can delete your recordings and account from Settings → Privacy.

Accounts

Guest use is local to one device. If you sign in with Apple or Google when that is available, you are responsible for that provider account. Do not use TalkDash to harm others or to upload content you do not have the right to record.

Availability

Practice can work offline from content already on the device. Live turns and uploads need a network. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Liability

TalkDash is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Simpumind is not liable for lost practice data, missed conversations in the real world, or exam outcomes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The in-app Terms link opens the current version.
